    The Lone Butte Industrial Park is strategically located on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Chandler, Arizona off of Interstate Highway 10 at the Maricopa exit.

    Our park consists of 720 prime highway frontage acres; Lots range in size from five to 20 acres.

    Eighty of our acres are retail/commercial and the remaining 640 acres are zoned as light and heavy industrial.

    Approximately 50%.

    Water- Supplied by two wells on the property and two operating tanks.  Pumps currently operate at 25% capacity.  Main water lines service all parcels.
    Sewer- The sewer mains are owned and operated by Lone Butte.  Wastewater flows into City of Chandler treatment plants west of the park. 
    Electrical- The 640 light and heavy industrial zone is served by the San Carlos Irrigation Project, Coolidge, Arizona. Our 80 acre Business Park is served by the Salt River Project.
    Fire- Gila River Indian Community provides fire protection services.  The City of Chandler is a secondary responder.  Fire hydrants are located throughout the park.

    The Maricopa Road interchange is adjacent to the Southwest corner of the property.
     

  • Area Lodging
    There are numerous hotels in the area, including many concentrated along I-10 and the Chandler Boulevard exit, providing over 500 rooms to serve our tenant's out of town visitors.
