Lone Butte Industrial Park, owned by the Gila River Indian Community, is managed and operated by the Lone Butte Industrial Corporation (Lone Butte).  The Park's prime location next to Interstate 10, minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and close proximity to Metropolitan Phoenix provides our tenants with strategic access to the entire Southwest.
